Prattville, Alabama (October 21, 2026) — It’s time for NASCAR weekend at Talladega Superspeedway, but there’s a plethora of racing happening at all kinds of tracks all across the state of Alabama in addition to the NASCAR fun this weekend.

Talladega Superspeedway (Lincoln, Al)
NASCAR Weekend: October 23-25
Talladega Superspeedway, the biggest and baddest track in Alabama, is back in action this weekend. NASCAR returns to the 2.66-mile speedway with three of NASCAR’s national series participating in the action. It all starts Friday with the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Love’s RV Stop 225, followed by Saturday’s The Progress Group 250 for the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. It all concludes on Sunday with the NASCAR Cup Series YellaWood 500. All three events are part of NASCAR’s postseason championship stretch of races known as ‘The Chase.’

Barber Motorsports Park (Leeds, Al)
WERA Grand National Finals: October 22-25
One of the biggest motorcycle racing events of the year in Alabama is shaping up to take place this weekend at Barber Motorsports Park. The weekend will serve as the fifth and final event of the 2026 Pirelli WERA National Challenge Series, with other racing divisions also taking part in the fun.
Deep South Speedway (Loxley, Al)
Halloween Havoc: Saturday, October 24
Down by the gulf coast, Deep South Speedway is gearing up for one of their last big shows of 2026. The night will be headlined by the USCS Outlaw Thunder Tour Sprint Cars, but that’s not all. CRUSA Dirt Late Models, Factory Stocks, Pure Stocks, and a Crown Vic vs. Bomber Full Moon Face-off will also be part of the lineup. There’ll also be a plethora of fun, Halloween-themed activities for all kids and families attending.
Mobile International Speedway (Irvington, Al)
Weekly Racing: Saturday, October 24
The penultimate show of the season at Mobile International Speedway will take place this Saturday. The lineup features Outlaw Late Models, Street Stocks, Pure Stocks, Crown Stocks, and Legacy Cars.
North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Al)
Racing Trunk or Treat: Friday, October 23
North Alabama Speedway is set to hold a special Friday event as part of this weekend’s Alabama racing itinerary. The Racing Trunk or Treat will feature five total divisions. 602 Late Models, Modifieds, Factory Stocks, Mini Stocks, and Buzz divisions will all compete underneath the Friday night lights in Tuscumbia.
Outlaw Speedway (Jasper, Al)
Weekly Racing: Saturday, October 24
Another round of weekly racing returns to Jasper’s Outlaw Speedway this Saturday. The night’s racing lineup consists of the following divisions: Open-Wheel Modifieds, Street Stocks, Mini Mods, Super Buzz, Crown Stocks, Hot Shots, Road Runners, and Young Guns.
Talladega Short Track (Eastaboga, Al)
Red Farmer Tribute Race Weekend: October 23-24
In conjunction with NASCAR weekend at Talladega Superspeedway just a stone’s throw away, Talladega Short Track will be hosting two nights of racing action across Friday and Saturday as part of the Red Farmer Tribute Race Weekend. Friday’s lineup will include CRUSA Late Models, Factory Stocks, Mini Stocks, and Hot Shots. The CRUSA Late Models will return on Saturday too. The rest of Saturday’s lineup features the 602 Late Models, TST Sportsmen, Factory Stocks, and CRUSA Modifieds.
